If you created every sound and every graphic/drawing in your video yourself there should have been no issue at that front.
What you can do is submit your video to a a service that IDs songs - copyrighted and otherwise. If it comes up positive, you can check the individual sound bits to find and purge the culprit.
If that wasn't it, all that's left is to read the rules again and subsequently ask what was wrong with the video if you still don't know. ( List of moderators: https://www.newgrounds.com/wiki/help-information/site-moderation )
